Framed in an exquisite gold natural wood frame, with intricate borders, and striking elaborate relief details, this Museum Quality painting is hand-painted on fine, authentic Egyptian papyrus and ready to hang in your home or office adding elegance and beauty.
It is an exact replica of the original scene discovered in the tomb of Nakht, a royal prince from the ancient city of Thebes in Southern Egypt.
It represents three female musicians playing musical instruments used to entertain guests in Egyptian banquets. To the top of this scene are paintings of Beer and Wine jars as well as stands full of grapes, dates and Lotus flowers (an aphrodisiac used in ancient Egypt) which were offered to the guests of Nakht the Egyptian prince.
On top of the musicians heads are cones of Amber and Musk which, under the desert sun, would melt and fill the air with a beautiful aroma of perfume like scent.
